Blake began her career in 2001 and has completed extensive training at a local award-winning salon, has been instructed in color techniques at Wella Studios (NY) and Graham Webb University, received cutting and styling lessons at Bumble and Bumble (NY) and Graham Webb. She also won first place in the Fresh Look Makeover category in 2007, was chosen to style hair for the America’s Next Top Model search in Washington, D.C., and was a stylist for Project Runway finalist, Wendy Pepper’s, runway show and follow-up TV segments. In the midst of her education, her experience and passion for hair led her to opening Blake & Co Hair Spa in 2008. Since then, Blake has been mentoring other apprentices and stylists as well as delivering an unmatched level of service to each and every one of her clients.
